Guests are invited to celebrate the opening of Hung Liu: Happy and Gay at the Arthur Ross Gallery. Visitors will get a chance to experience Liu’s vibrant, large-scale paintings that reimagine Mao-era children’s book illustrations with bold color, signature drips, and powerful reinterpretations of propaganda imagery.
